Privacy-conscious assessment and pilot participation

SilverZen is an initiative of Certero Business Corporation. We collect only the information needed to provide an indicative readiness snapshot, review pilot applications and support requested follow-up. Do not submit unnecessary personal, health, financial or other sensitive information.

What may be collected

Organisation details, optional respondent business contact details, QuickCheck answers, pilot-application information and contact preferences.

How information is used

To process the QuickCheck, present results, assess pilot suitability, respond to enquiries and administer an agreed SilverZen engagement.

Contact and consent

Submitting a pilot application authorises SilverZen to review the information and contact the named business representative about that application. It does not create a commercial commitment.

Analytics

No behavioural tracking is added without consent. The site is structured so privacy-conscious analytics can be added later.

Security

Secure assessment workspace data remains protected behind authentication and Supabase Row Level Security.

Retention and enquiries

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, pilot or legal obligation. Privacy enquiries may be sent to nooruddin@certerocorp.com.
