Full assessment pathway

Formal SilverZen assessment work requires controlled methodology use, evidence review, deterministic scoring, human approval and applicable commercial terms.

Appropriate use

Users should provide honest answers based on current practice and avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Founding-pilot applications

An expression of interest does not guarantee selection or create a contract. Scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, fees and any permission to identify a participating mall must be agreed separately before a pilot begins.

Recognition and awards

Payment for Navigator access, advisory support or pilot participation does not purchase or guarantee a SilverZen rating, recognition or award. Any formal decision requires the applicable evidence, verification and human-governed approval process.
